The authority of truth claimed by liberals is no different than the authority of truth claimed by the Bible except in its origin. Liberals have no right to ever condemn Bible believing people for being rigid and dogmatic. They are not only more dogmatic; they are completely unwilling to allow us the same rights they demand for themselves. That fact in itself exposes the origin of their belief system. Liberalism has become synonymous with politically correct speech. When I hear conservatives discussing liberalism they often tend to call liberals mindless and other such terms. This is actually correct and right. They are in a mindless system. It is not something they believe as much as it is something they reject.

Liberalism is a closed system of belief and the root of liberalism is the rejection of the Bible as a book of authority. Liberalism is the opposite of Holy Scripture. Its origin is rooted in the systems of humanism and evolution or a combination of the two. This is the reason we can call liberalism a rubber stamp belief system. If you want to know what a liberal believes then just take the opposite of what the Bible teaches. Anyone that dares to believe in the literal words of the Bible is anathema to them. It does not just create a disagreement it creates scorn and anger. It threatens liberals to be confronted with any belief system but their own.

Take the black community of America as a prime example. Condoleeza Rice, Clarence Thomas, William Raspberry, and a growing list of black individuals have been liberated from the closed system of liberalism. These individuals are making an incredible mark and are examples of great thinkers. There are a multitude of blacks that are equally intelligent as the ones I name, but they are so locked in the liberal mindset that they have utterly marginalized themselves. The liberal blacks cannot stand these conservatives and reject them out of hand. They believe that if you are not a rubber stamp liberal then you are mentally sick and to be pitied. This fact reveals the kind of power that the Bible can have on the culture of the world for good. It also reveals what happens in a culture that rejects the Bible.

The entire culture war in American comes down to how we treat the Word of God. The entire battle between liberals and conservatives is over Judeo-Christian values and standards of morality. The majority of the conservatives are only marginal conservatives and that is our gravest danger. Most of the talk show hosts on radio are marginal conservatives. The trend is in the right direction but will we return to Biblical morality and values in a fundamental sense? This depends utterly on the church. There is a groundswell of family values and devotion to a purer world of entertainment. But what we are witnessing is not enough.

Biblical Christianity is desperately needed in the church. The word “fundamental” has been so maligned by the Muslim terrorists that the idea is rejected by the church world. Yet that is exactly where the hope of America rests. The Word of God is mighty to change anyone that returns to it in all of its simplicity. The Bible is a literal book and unless it is received literally, it can do nothing but make one religious. The church has got to take the Bible literally or it becomes nothing better than the liberals in the secular world.

The reason liberal churches are in favor of abortion, same-sex marriage, and all of the same ideas of the secular and political world is because they have rejected the Bible as final truth. The mindset of the liberal church is exactly like that of the world. They despise conservative values and have the same rubber stamp liberalism. America is fighting the same war in the church that it is fighting in the secular world.

Biblical values actually free the mind of the person affected to become all that God created man to become. The greatest thinkers in the world, the greatest creators of modern ideas, the foundation of any great society is in the liberty of Biblical values. While recently debating a rubber stamp liberal, I asked this blind soul to tell me the great ideas and creations that have been given to the world by atheism. This person had no answer but I gave her my answer. I named the great universities such as Harvard and Yale, great hospitals on foreign soil, etc., that the church had given the world when it took seriously the laws of God and His righteousness.

The entertainment world and the art world are prime examples of rubber stamp liberalism. Entertainment is no longer entertainment, it is sheer vulgarity. Dancing has never been acceptable in a Bible believing church, but presently dancing is nothing but beastly sexual gyrations. There is no art in it. Also, the world of modern art has lost almost all meaning. It is no longer laced with cultural pride but disfiguration and blobs of colors. It is evidence of a cultural war being fought for the values of life and for the reason of our existence.

Will America continue in a conservative vein until there is a genuine revival of Biblical proportion? The churches of America will decide. We must return to Biblical fundamentalism. The Bible is a supernatural book, and when it is preached and obeyed it creates supernatural results. We need men of God that care not for fame or fortune. There will be no change in the congregation until there is change in the pulpit. Any church that does not preach against sin and champion righteousness as named in the Bible is not a Bible church. We that claim the conservative or fundamental title must be as committed to the truth of the Bible as the liberals are committed to every idea that rejects the Bible. Rubber stamp liberalism is bondage, but Biblical Christianity is liberty.
